Is this legal?
The Kush Club products are fully legal and in line with federal laws, all thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill and USDA Final Rule. Here's the lowdown in simple terms:
- 2018 Farm Bill: Back in December 2018, a new law was signed that changed the game for hemp. Hemp is basically the cannabis plant but without much THC, the stuff that gets you high (it's got 0.3% or less). This law took hemp off the "naughty list" in the Controlled Substances Act, making it legal because it's not considered marijuana anymore.
- USDA Final Rule: This rule talks about how to check if a hemp crop is playing by the rules. The main point is that as long as the THC level is at or below 0.3% when they test the crop (using a special test that looks at all potential THC), then it's all good.
- After Harvest: Once hemp is harvested, the USDA steps back, and the FDA steps in, but the rules are pretty much the same. The focus remains on the delta-9 THC level being 0.3% or lower.
- DEA's Take: On August 21, 2020, the DEA made it clear that hemp (and products made from hemp) are not considered illegal substances as long as they stick to that 0.3% THC rule.
- Crossing State Lines: The 2018 Farm Bill also says that you can't stop hemp products from being shipped from one state to another as long as they follow the law.

Can I pass a drug test after using your products?
